Made in Dagenham the Musical (kindly sponsored by Taunton Ford) tells the important story of the Ford women’s strike of 1968 is both funny and heart-warming and reminds us our voices can be heard if we come together! The show, from 6-9 July, features a live band, 40 strong cast, professional set, pyrotechnics, a Ford Cortina and is packed with surprises!

The Ford sewing machinists strike of 1968 was a landmark labour-relations dispute in the United Kingdom. It was a trigger cause of the passing of the Equal Pay Act 1970.
